Prior to opening his own law practice in 2014, Jason served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City & County of Honolulu where he successfully tried numerous jury trials, including felony offenses. Jason transitioned from criminal law to civil litigation by joining Mosely, Biehl, Tsugawa, Lau, & Muzzi LLLC (now known as Tsugawa, Lau, & Muzzi), a well respected private civil law firm, concentrating on commercial litigation, construction law, real estate law, collections, and foreclosures. He then joined the boutique law firm of Anderson, Lahne & Fujisaki, LLP, which exclusively represented homeowners and condominium associations statewide in collections, foreclosures, and covenant violation matters.
